Professor in the Department of Exact Sciences in the Information Systems program at the State University of Minas Gerais (UEMG), where he also serves as the Coordinator of the Information Systems program and a member of the Departmental Council of Exact Sciences. He holds a Master’s degree in Education from the Moura Lacerda University Center (CUML) and is a specialist in Information Technology for Business Strategy, SQL Server Database Management, and School Management. He also holds an MBA in Auditing.

He graduated in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Mathematics, and Information Technology from Paulista University (UNIP). He has experience in developing machine learning algorithms and data science and studied English at the Hansa Language Centre in Toronto, Canada. His research focuses on Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Technology in Education.
